You’ve thought of everything. But you still don’t know if this room will actually let go.

The venue’s booked, the DJ’s set and you’ve been through the seating plan more times than you’d like. The one thing you can’t plan is whether this particular mix of people actually comes together on the night. And you already know whose name gets mentioned if it doesn’t.

You’ve sat through the other kind of Christmas party too. Sales sticks with sales and finance sticks with finance. The only new conversation most people have all night is with the bar staff, and by nine everyone’s checking their watch.

And you’ve felt it, standing at the back of the room. People sticking with who they already know. Wondering if this was as good as it was going to get.

A flat Christmas party isn’t a disaster. Nobody complains. It just doesn’t do its job, and the one night all year meant to bring everyone together ends up like any other night out.

Here’s what I believe. People gave up an evening in December to be there. They deserve more than small talk and the same four people they always stand with.

I’ve spent over a decade in these rooms, everything from a team of twelve round one table to a whole company crammed into a hired-out bar. I’ve watched enough organisers worry about exactly this in December to know what you’re trying to avoid.

So here's how it works.

You tell me about your party.

I shape my magic around your run of the evening. Not the other way round. I work around your DJ, your speeches, your timings.

Nothing for you to set up or sort out. I need nothing but the room and your guests.

What I do changes with who’s in the room. The same team who’ve worked together for years gets something none of them have seen before, the kind of thing that comes up back at their desks in January. The whole company mixed together gets a faster way in than “so, what do you do?” And with clients or partners there too, your team gets that same fresh moment while your guests go home having seen your company do something special.

And you’re the one who turned strangers into people who’d shared something. The one people trust with the party. Best of all, you get to take the credit.

My Christmas prices are no secret

No “enquire for pricing,” no sales call before you get a number. Here’s what December costs:

First hour. £400.
Every hour after. £200.

December is priced differently to the rest of the year. It’s the busiest month I have, and the rate reflects that. Tell me about your party and I’ll advise you on how many hours you actually need.

Prices cover events within 60 miles of Hastings, Sussex. Further out, travel and accommodation may apply.

Tell me about your party. We'll work out your best option.
