When you book us for an event, we process your data to fulfil that contract — including managing your booking, issuing contracts and invoices, and preparing for your event.

We process enquiry data and some website usage data on the basis of our legitimate interests in running our business, responding to potential clients, and improving our website. We have assessed that our legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c))
We may process certain data to comply with legal obligations, such as retaining financial records for HMRC purposes.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a))

5. Who we share your data with

17Hats (CRM and booking management)
We use 17Hats to manage bookings, contracts, invoices, and client communications. Your name, contact details, and booking information are stored in 17Hats. Their privacy policy is available at 17hats.com.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This involves the collection of anonymised usage data via cookies. Google may transfer this data to servers outside the UK. Their privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of any advertising we may run on Facebook or Instagram, and to understand how visitors interact with our website. 7. How long we keep your data
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
Enquiry data from people who do not proceed to a booking: up to 12 months after the last contact
Booking and contract data: 7 years from the date of the event, to comply with HMRC record-keeping requirements
Financial records (invoices, payments): 7 years
Website analytics data: as set by Google Analytics (up to 26 months by default)
Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Our website uses cookies — small text files placed on your device — for the following purposes:
